Shawarma Press started with a dream driven by the craving for authentic Mediterranean fast food, a concept that was still new to North Texas. The idea was to open a restaurant that offers a menu that bursts with flavor in a contemporary atmosphere that everyone can enjoy. Since the opening of the first restaurant in Irving, Texas in 2017, and 11 locations later with more to come across Texas, Kansas, and Georgia, Shawarma Press is now known as the first authentic shawarma franchise in the US.
The brand is the recipient of multiple prestigious awards, including the Top 100 Movers and Shakers, The Most Innovative Supply Chain, and the winner of two Gold and one Silver Stevie awards.
